Two programs

Four weeks of cooking, planned around who eats it

We run two meal plans. The ACFP menu covers Monday to Friday for adult daycares. The seven-day menu covers every day of the week for private-pay clients and residential facilities.

Both rotate over four weeks, so no plate repeats within a month. Every meal is cooked in our licensed commercial kitchen in Orlando, portioned, sealed and delivered ready to reheat.

These menus are designed for weekly meal preparation. Breakfasts and hot meals emphasize items that freeze and reheat well. Light lunches use baked, reheatable wraps, sliders, quesadillas, pinwheels and meal cups rather than lettuce-based salads or delicate cold sandwiches. Meals are individually packaged for convenient reheating.

Please notify us of food allergies, dislikes, texture needs, or requests for meals prepared without added salt. Some ingredients may naturally contain sodium. Menu items may change based on availability.
